Starting a training program is an exciting step towards completing your next goal, whether that’s completing your first half marathon or setting a new 5k PR! Our training plans are free and designed by a Division I collegiate track and cross country coach. Coach Roberts has designed several 5k, 10k and half marathon training plans (15 to be exact!) to meet your needs and help you meet your running goal. More About Coach Logan Roberts
Our training plans were designed by UNC Assistant Track and Field and Cross Country Coach Logan Roberts. Roberts first joined the coaching staff at UNC after completing his Master’s in Sport Administration in May of 2013. In his time as a volunteer assistant, Roberts helped coach the men’s cross country program to two consecutive NCAA Championship appearances and their highest finish since 1985. On the women’s side he helped coach the women’s team to an ACC Championship in 2014 and an NCAA appearance. Click here to read Roberts’ full bio.
