Starting a training program is an exciting step towards completing your next goal, whether that’s completing your first half marathon or setting a new 5k PR! Our training plans are free and designed by a Division I collegiate track and cross country coach. Coach Roberts has designed several 5k, 10k and half marathon training plans (15 to be exact!) to meet your needs and help you meet your running goal.
