Race 13.1's second race in the Sunshine State will be the inaugural event in Tallahassee, FL on Nov. 15. The race will start and finish in SouthWood community, a location that offers more than 1,000 acres of green space, including the SouthWood Nature Trail, which circles the 123-acre Central Park and Lake at the center of the community. The flat, looped course will also feature the St. Marks Historic Railroad State Trail.
Located in the Florida Panhandle, Tallahassee is a place where college town meets cultural center, politics meets performing arts and history meets nature, a place where the vibrancy of what to do is matched only by the city’s inviting hospitality. With an average temperature in the low 70s in mid-November, this will be an ideal destination with ideal weather to close out your race season with a flat, fast and beautiful course!
